Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of casinoclassic-win.ca and your use of the Casino Classic real-money gaming services made available to Canadian players through the Casino Classic environment (the "Website"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 ("Effective Date").

Definitions

  • Operator: The licensed company responsible for providing the gaming services on the Website to you: (a) for players located in Ontario, Apollo Entertainment Ltd, registered with iGaming Ontario ("IGO") and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO"); (b) for players located in the rest of Canada, Fresh Horizons Ltd, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission ("KGC") under interactive gaming permit number 00812.
  • Website: The online platform operated at casinoclassic-win.ca, including any subpages and mobile versions, in connection with the Casino Classic build.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, and/or places bets or wagers.
  • Account: The unique, personal gaming account registered in your name on the Website.
  • Game(s): Any casino, slot, live casino, table, or other wagering product made available on the Website.
  • Bet or Wager: Any amount of real money or bonus funds staked by you on the outcome of a Game.
  • Bonus: Any promotional value (including bonus funds, free spins, free bets, or similar) credited to your Account under a promotion or loyalty offer.
  • Bonus Funds: Funds credited as part of a Bonus, which may be subject to wagering requirements and other restrictions before being withdrawable.
  • Real Money Funds: Money you have deposited into your Account and any winnings not subject to bonus restrictions.
  • Wagering Requirements: The total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds and/or Real Money Funds before Bonus Funds and associated winnings may become withdrawable.
  • Ontario Player: A Player who is physically located in Ontario at the time of accessing the Website and using the services.
  • Non-Ontario Canadian Player: A Player who is physically located in Canada outside Ontario when using the services.
  • Gaming Authorities: Collectively, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, iGaming Ontario, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and any other relevant regulatory authority.
  • KYC: "Know Your Customer" procedures used to verify identity, age, address, and source of funds in line with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling requirements.
  • Casino Classic: The internal name for the Canadian-facing configuration and review build of Casino Classic available exclusively through casinoclassic-win.ca.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Legal age: You may open an Account only if you: (a) are at least 19 years old if you are an Ontario Player; and (b) are at least 18 years old and at or above the minimum legal gambling age applicable in your province or territory of residence if you are a Non-Ontario Canadian Player (many provinces/territories require 19). You are responsible for ensuring that you satisfy all applicable age and eligibility requirements.
  • Location: You must be physically located in a Canadian province or territory where online casino gaming with the Operator is lawful at the time you place any Bet. Geolocation technologies may be used to determine your location.
  • One account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with the Operator. Multiple accounts may be closed, and associated bonuses may be cancelled.

Registration Process and Verification

  • Information you provide: When registering, you must provide full, accurate, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and any other details requested.
  • Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address via a confirmation link before accessing certain features or placing Bets.
  • KYC documents: The Operator may request documents such as government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, or proof of source of funds. You must supply these promptly and in a clear, legible form.
  • Account approval: The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account until verification is completed and reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account where verification fails or raises regulatory concerns.

User Obligations and Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration data up to date and notify the Operator of any changes, including address or payment details.
  • Password security: You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. Any activity performed using your credentials will be presumed to be undertaken by you.
  • Unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify customer support. The Operator may temporarily lock the Account during investigation.
  • Responsible gambling: You may request deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, or self-exclusion as available on the Website. For Ontario Players, additional responsible gambling tools mandated by AGCO/IGO will also be available.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own rules, pay tables, and specific game information, which form part of these Terms. By placing a Bet you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may specify minimum and maximum bet amounts. You agree not to attempt to place Bets outside the permitted limits. Bets outside limits may be rejected or adjusted.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it is recorded by the Operator's server and appears in your betting or game history. If there is any discrepancy between your device and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will prevail.
  • Finality of results: Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game outcome determined, the result is final and cannot normally be cancelled or modified.

Errors, Malfunctions, and Cancellations

  • Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to incorrect game configuration, erroneous pay table, or system failure), the Operator may declare the affected Bets void, reverse winnings, and restore your Account balance to the state prior to the error.
  • Technical failures: If a Game is interrupted due to a technical failure, the outcome recorded on the Operator's systems and/or the game provider's systems will be determinative. Bets on interrupted games may be voided or settled once the result is verified.
  • Malfunction: A malfunction of a Game or system voids all pays and plays for that Game instance, unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.

Conduct in Games, Live Casino, and Chats

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour in any live casino table, chat, or communication channel. Such conduct may result in chat bans, account suspension, or closure.
  • Collusion and fraud: You must not collude with other players, manipulate software, exploit bugs, use automated software ("bots"), multi-account, or engage in any form of fraudulent or illegal activity. Suspicious activity may lead to suspended withdrawals, investigation, voiding of Bets, and account closure.
  • Fair play: The Operator may review gameplay and transaction logs for fairness and compliance. The Operator may report suspected criminal or fraudulent behaviour to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Availability: Bonus offers and promotions are discretionary and may be targeted to specific players, regions, or channels. Certain bonuses or advertising practices may be limited or unavailable to Ontario Players in order to comply with AGCO/IGO standards.
  • Activation: To claim a Bonus, you must follow the specific instructions for that promotion (for example, entering a bonus code, opting in, or making a qualifying deposit). If you do not follow the instructions, the Bonus may not be credited.
  • Bonus terms priority: Each Bonus or promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms"). In case of conflict between these general Bonus Terms and the specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms will prevail.

Wagering Requirements and Use of Bonus Funds

  • Wagering requirements: Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, deposit amount, or both (for example, 30x). You must meet the full wagering requirement within the stated time period before Bonus Funds and related winnings become withdrawable.
  • Game contributions: Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. The specific contribution rates are detailed in the Bonus Terms.
  • Bet size limits: While wagering a Bonus, there may be maximum bet limits per spin or game round. Placing Bets above the permitted limit may be considered bonus abuse and can result in cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings.

Restrictions, Prohibited Practices, and Combining Promotions

  • Restricted games and actions: Some Games may be excluded from Bonus play or may only be played after the wagering requirements are met. Using strategies such as low-risk or zero-risk betting to artificially meet wagering requirements is prohibited.
  • Bonus abuse: Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, multiple Account creation, collusion, use of VPN/proxy to circumvent regional restrictions, or exploiting software/bonus loopholes. The Operator may withhold or reclaim Bonuses and winnings and close Accounts in such cases.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not combine multiple active Bonuses on the same deposit or gameplay. Only one active Bonus may typically be in play at a time, and previously granted Bonuses may need to be completed or forfeited before another is activated.
  • Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are normally time-limited. If the wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Website may support various deposit methods, which can include credit/debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, prepaid solutions, and, where allowed by law and made available by the Operator, approved digital or crypto-based instruments. The methods available to you at any time are shown in the cashier section of your Account.
  • Ownership of payment methods: You may deposit only from payment methods held in your own name. The Operator may request evidence of ownership.
  • Deposit limits: Deposit limits may be imposed by the Operator, by applicable law, or by your own responsible gambling settings. Ontario Players may be subject to mandatory or default limits under the iGaming Ontario framework.
  • Fees and currency: Any processing fees or currency conversion charges will be disclosed in the cashier where applicable. Your Account currency and any relevant fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.

Withdrawals

  • Verification: Withdrawals may be processed only after completion of required KYC checks and any additional source-of-funds verification deemed necessary by the Operator or Gaming Authorities.
  • Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible, the Operator may select a reasonable alternative payment method in your name, subject to regulatory requirements.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, as indicated in the cashier. Actual receipt times depend on third-party payment providers and may vary.
  • Limits and review: The Operator may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, as disclosed in the cashier or in your Account. Larger withdrawals may be processed in instalments and may be subject to additional verification.

Chargebacks, Refunds, and Adjustments

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, deduct the amount of the chargeback and associated fees from your balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities or payment providers.
  • Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for placing Bets. Refunds, where considered, are at the Operator's sole discretion and subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
  • Incorrect credits: If funds are credited to your Account in error, you must notify the Operator immediately and must not use those funds. The Operator may reverse such credits and adjust your balance accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness: The Operator uses games supplied by licensed and reputable game providers. Games are designed to operate with random outcomes, and, where required by applicable law, are tested by independent testing laboratories.
  • Service provision: The Operator will provide the services with reasonable skill and care and will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and integrity of the Website.
  • Accuracy of results: In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded by the Operator's or game provider's systems, the latter will prevail and be deemed the official and binding result.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • No warranty: The Website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representation, express or implied, except as required by law.
  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage caused by interruptions, delays, failures, or malfunctions of the Website, your internet connection, devices, or any third-party software or hardware.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal protections, the Operator's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount of the Bet or Game in dispute; or (b) the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Canadian law, including certain consumer protection rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio and video content, and user interface design, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, licensors, or partners.
  • License to use: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited uses: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Automation and scraping: Use of bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or interact with the Website is strictly prohibited.
  • Brand references: "Casino Classic", any related marks, and any other trademarks displayed on casinoclassic-win.ca in connection with Casino Classic are protected trademarks or trade dress. You acquire no rights in such marks by using the Website.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the Website's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You should review the Privacy Policy carefully.
  • Applicable law: Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, which may include the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial privacy statutes, as well as any obligations imposed by Gaming Authorities.
  • Purposes: Your data may be used for purposes including account administration, KYC and identity verification, responsible gambling measures, fraud and anti-money laundering monitoring, transaction processing, customer support, and compliance reporting to regulators.
  • International transfers: Where permitted by law, your information may be processed or stored outside your province, territory, or Canada, subject to appropriate safeguards. Continued use of the Website signifies your agreement to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or the services offered.
  • Notification: Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, which may include posting the updated Terms on the Website with a new Effective Date, displaying an in-account notice or banner, and/or sending an email notification where appropriate or required by applicable regulation.
  • Effective date of changes: Unless a different date is specified, changes will take effect on the date indicated in the updated Terms. Certain changes may take effect immediately if required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • Your acceptance: Continued use of the Website after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms.

Termination & Suspension

By the Player

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the Account settings or by contacting customer support. The Operator may require verification of your identity before processing the closure.
  • Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion for a specified or indefinite period using the tools available on the Website or by contacting customer support. For Ontario Players, self-exclusion will comply with the requirements set by AGCO/IGO and may involve province-wide exclusion schemes.

By the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension/closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds, or cancel Bets and Bonuses where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) you are underage or ineligible; (d) there is suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (e) you have engaged in bonus abuse or irregular play; or (f) it is required to do so by a Gaming Authority or by law.
  • Investigations: During an investigation, the Operator may restrict your ability to place Bets, deposit, or withdraw funds. You will be notified where permitted by law and regulation.
  • Funds on closure: Upon closure of your Account (other than for fraud, illegal activity, or serious breach), any remaining Real Money Funds, less any outstanding fees or chargebacks, will normally be paid to you, subject to completion of all necessary checks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Unclaimed balances: Dormant or unclaimed balances will be treated in accordance with applicable provincial or territorial law, which may include transfer to a governmental authority or escheatment after a prescribed period.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Ontario Players

  • Applicable law: For Ontario Players, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
  • Regulatory framework: Apollo Entertainment Ltd operates under agreement with iGaming Ontario and is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Your use of the Website is also subject to any applicable player terms or policies mandated by IGO/AGCO.
  • Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint, you must first contact the Operator's customer support. If the matter is not resolved, you may escalate it in accordance with the Operator's complaints procedure and, where applicable, to IGO or AGCO as prescribed by their rules.

Non-Ontario Canadian Players

  • Applicable law: For Non-Ontario Canadian Players, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake and, where applicable, the laws of Canada.
  • Regulatory framework: Fresh Horizons Ltd is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under interactive gaming permit number 00812. Your use of the Website is subject to the KGC's regulations and any applicable directives.
  • Dispute resolution: Complaints should first be raised with customer support. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the Operator's internal complaints policy and, where permitted, submit a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

Consumer Rights

  • Mandatory protections: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or gambling legislation in your province or territory. Where such laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or otherwise, those rights remain unaffected.
